At JMTR | Jeometry Store, all products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

• Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
EU Customers
According to EU consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or made-to-order products. All items sold by JMTR | Jeometry Store are produced on demand.
